3 Teams Who Could Still Sign Stephon Gilmore in Free Agency

Detroit Lions
The NFC contenders probably offer Gilmore his best chance to win another Super Bowl. The Detroit Lions almost won the NFC last season and their cornerback rotation was one of their weakest positions.
They somewhat addressed this in the offseason by trading up for Terrion Arnold in the draft and signing Carlton Davis and Amik Robertson in free agency. The rookie Arnold will likely get the start but who will be opposite him remains an open question.
Bringing Gilmore in to not only mentor Arnold but also to start on the opposite side would take the Lions to the next level.
Detroit had one of the most dynamic offenses in the league last year but struggled to get stops when it mattered the most. It is clear that they needed to add established high-level defenders this offseason but whether they were able to do that is questionable.
Regardless, the Lions will be one of the most formidable teams in the conference with two former Cowboys, head coach Dan Campbell and defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn, returning for another season. Adding Gilmore in there would only increase their chances of finally winning the Super Bowl.
