#2: The rookies will be difference makers

A big point of discussion entering into the regular season is how will the first full season of Evan Carter look in addition to Wyatt Langford who officially made the opening day roster.

Both guy had productive spring trainings: Langford in particular who had an OPS over 1.100 with 6 bombs in just over 70 plate appearances; Carter continued what he did during the postseason run last season getting on base at a .344 clip while hitting .264.

Having both guys in an already deep lineup for a full season has improved the offense even more from where it was last season which was a top 3 lineup in all of baseball.

That being said, growing pains happen and no matter how we look at it, 2024 will be the first full big-league season for both Carter and Langford, but everything in me is screaming both guys will be in the top 3-5 rookies in the league.

Both seem mature beyond their years with Carter doing in at the highest, biggest stage possible last October and Langford raking at every level he has been at in professional baseball.
