1. Dak Prescott, QB

This is a difficult one.

Prescott threw for 4,516 yards, 36 touchdowns, and nine interceptions and arguably had the second-best quarterback season in the NFL with a passer rating of 105.9. The team finished the regular season 12-5 with the highest-scoring offense in the league. It is hard to argue that this was an overrated performance.

Then the postseason happened. Once again, Prescott and the Cowboys lost a playoff game that they shouldn't have lost, putting his playoff record to 2-5. One can look at Prescott's game against the Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card round and think he had a good game with 403 yards and three touchdowns. However, much of that came when the game was already decided.

Are these postseason choke jobs all on Dak? Absolutely not. He is still one of the best quarterbacks in the league and has the ability to win against the best teams. But perhaps it's best to categorize him as a regular-season player than a playoff one; a label Cowboys fans are all too familiar with for their quarterbacks.
