CeeDee Lamb’s Mom Goes Off on Dak Prescott in Facebook Post

This might be one long offseason for the Dallas Cowboys fans. After the Cowboys' season ended so disastrously with such an epic collapse one would think that things couldn't get any worse. However, their offseason is off to an even more nightmarish start.

Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott received plenty of well-deserved criticism for his performance in the Wild Card game against the Packers. His playoff record of 2-5 leaves plenty to be desired.

The latest person to join the bandwagon of Prescott's critics is part of the Cowboys family.

Cowboys star receiver CeeDee Lamb, who had the best season of his young career in 2023, was one of the bright spots in the Cowboys' loss to the Packers, finishing the game with nine receptions for 110 yards. He had 135 receptions, 1749 yards, and 12 touchdowns for the season. But that seems to have not been enough for his mother, who took to Facebook to criticize Prescott.

Claiming that "Dak isn't it!", and that he "doesn't want a ring" unlike other members of the team, Lamb's mother said she wished her son left Dallas.

Lamb is under contract for another year and the Cowboys already picked up his rookie option. He doesn't have a way to leave unless Dallas cooperates and trades him.

There doesn't seem to be enough of a reason to do so unless the relationship between Prescott and Lamb is unsalvageable. However, it's still not a good sign to have your two star offensive players might have a beef.
