The Dallas Cowboys have huge expectations as we approach training camp. They believe they have all the pieces in place to be Super Bowl contenders.

The Cowboys do have superstars on the team like Micah Parsons, CeeDee Lamb, and Dak Prescott. Cornerback Trevon Diggs is another star on the Dallas roster but he has things to clear before he can get onto the field.

Back in September, Diggs tore his ACL in practice, promptly ending his 2023 season. He's been rehabbing tirelessly to get back on the field and his latest workout video got his teammates riled up.

Cowboys News: Trevon Diggs Post Latest Workout on Instagram

Diggs posted a video on his Instagram account of him working out with defensive back coach Al Harris at Sanders Performance Center in Dallas.

Diggs can be seen doing drills on the field while also hitting the weight room. Under his post, his teammates Lamb, Parsons, and Donovan Wilson all commented, expressing their excitement.

Lamb says, "Dat boy again," while Parsons states, "7/11 back!! It’s time!!!".

The Cowboys will need Diggs at his best for them to reach their potential. When on the field, the former Alabama product has been an exceptional ball hawk in the secondary.

In four seasons, Diggs has recorded 146 solo tackles with 52 pass deflections and 18 interceptions. Back in 2021, the 25-year-old snagged a league-high 11 interceptions, showcasing his skillset to find the ball for Dallas.

He underwent surgery in October so he's now nine months removed. With training camp starting on July 25, that will be the next hurdle for Diggs to clear. Getting back on the practice field with his teammates is the next goal but the way Diggs looks in that video, he's not far off.
