The Dallas Cowboys got back in the win column last week when they picked up a 20-15 victory over the New York Giants in Week 4.

Now, they are traveling to play the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 5 on Sunday Night Football. That will be a tough matchup, as the Steelers are 3-1 but quarterback Dak Prescott will be thrilled with the injury news coming from Pittsburgh.

NFL News: Alex Highsmith Will Be Sidelined for Week 5

According to Mark Kaboly, the Steelers are looking at Oct. 20 as the date for Alex Highsmith to return to the field.

He's dealing with a groin injury that he suffered against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3. That is music to the ears of Cowboys fans and Prescott.

Highsmith has been a very productive pass rusher over the past few seasons. The 27-year-old has compiled 42 tackles for loss and 30.5 sacks with the Steelers over five seasons. While Pittsburgh still has TJ Watt coming off the edge, they have one less player to deal with.

After a month, Dallas ranks fourth in the NFL in passing offense (255.5). The 31-year-old signal-caller is third in the league in passing yards (1,072) and tied for fifth in passing touchdowns (6). Now that a disruptive pass rusher is slated to miss the game, Dallas hopes that gives Prescott more time in the pocket to scan the field.

Prescott has played the Steelers once in his career, and that came in 2016. He finished with 319 passing yards and two passing touchdowns in the win.

He looks to replicate that type of performance on Sunday Night Football.
