The Dallas Cowboys have a lot of things on their plate rolling into the 2024 season, which starts with a road tilt against the Cleveland Browns on Sept. 8.

OTAs finally started on May 21 for the Cowboys and the coaching staff got their first look at the 2024 roster.
As for CB Trevon Diggs, Dallas just got some great news regarding their star defender.
Cowboys News: Trevon Diggs Has Looked Great During His Rehab
Head coach Mike McCarthy spoke with the media on May 22 and gave some insight into CB Trevon Diggs' and LB DeMarvion Overshown's rehab.
McCarthy said, "They look great. Really just staying on time with their process. Trevon is hitting the four-day-a-week. He’s working primarily with Britt Brown".
He even added that 'it'll be a conversation' whether Diggs will be ready for training camp. That is certainly music to the ears of Cowboy fans.
Dallas is slated to start training camp in late July which leaves about two months until the pads come on.
Diggs tore his ACL in practice on Sept. 21 and was out for the remainder of the season. The 25-year was just paid in 2023, inking a five-year, $97 million extension.
He has developed into one of the league's best ball-hawking corners and has a knack for finding the football. In his career, Diggs supplied 173 total tackles, 52 pass deflections, 18 interceptions, and two defensive touchdowns.
Getting him back into the fold will give the entire Cowboys squad a boost of energy so it's great news to hear that Diggs has a chance to be ready for training camp.
