For the second straight week, things aren't looking good in Dallas. In Week 3, the Ravens went into AT&T Stadium and beat the Cowboys 28-25.

This was Dallas' second loss in a row and tensions are beginning to rise early in the season. The Cowboys have really struggled the past couple of weeks. They are 29th in the NFL in total defense (372.7), 30th in scoring defense (29.7), and last in rush defense (185.7).

Linebacker Micah Parsons didn't have a great performance in the loss and his frustrations then transferred over to a social media post. One that he quickly deleted.

Dallas News: Micah Parsons Responded to Kevin Oestreicher on Social Media

Kevin Oestreicher of the Ravens Wire posted a clip on Twitter, showcasing Parsons and the defense having trouble slowing down Lamar Jackson's rushing attack.

Parsons quote tweeted the clip and said, "Ima give yall quick education for now on!! When you have a tight coming across your face you are a spill AKA dive player!! It's called gap replace!! Nothing confusing or hard about it!! It's very simple fundamental football played at all levels!!"

The 25-year-old ended up deleting the tweet. That may have struck a nerve so he decided to respond. But it wasn't the right choice. It's always better to avoid answering people on social media, especially after a loss because emotions are high.

And for Parsons' sake, this was his worst game of the season. Per PFF, he posted season-lows with a run defense of 51.6, a defensive grade of 69.2, and missed two tackles.

In addition to that, the Cowboys allowed 274 yards on the ground with 6.1 yards per rush. Parsons and defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence were seen yelling back and forth at each other on the sideline.

He also didn't secure a sack despite generating three pressures. Parsons needs to get off social media and focus on fixing up that defense.

Responding to a tweet critiquing your play won't improve anything. Getting in the film room and blocking out the noise is the way to go.

Hopefully, for the Cowboys, Parsons stays away from Twitter this week in preparation for the New York Giants. The Cowboys travel to play the G-Men on Thursday Night Football. Despite being on a two-game skid, Dallas is a 4.5-point favorite over New York according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
