What can the Cowboys do to win the Super Bowl? Well, RGIII seems to think the answer lies within the mindset of the football team and it is hard to disagree with him.

Via Get UP on ESPN, the former Heisman winner and star quarterback laid out his thoughts the only way Robert Griffin III knows how.

"This Cowboys team can win the Super Bowl if they simply change their mindset," Griffin said. "Stats are like bikinis; They show you a lot but they do not show you everything. For the Cowboys, it's all about their mindset, their want-to and it's about guts."

Griffin relating this Cowboys season to a bikini is an unexpected, yet perfect analogy. Dallas completely dominated certain teams all year long en route to a +165 point differential which is second in the NFL.

But as RGIII eloquently puts, these blowouts do not show everything.

The Cowboys have plenty of blemishes on their résumé including having yet to beat a quality team on the road. And with their recent loss in Miami, Dallas will have to wait until the playoffs for another crack at this narrative.

When things are going well, or when they have the momentum, this Cowboys team has looked like the class of the NFL. It's when they get punched in the mouth when they start to look very vulnerable.

Dallas has not won a game all season when they did not score first.

Does this show lack of "guts"?" Does this prove Griffin correct in his statements about their lack of "want-to" and tough "mindset"?

At the end of the day, Dallas has not shown these qualities to his point of the season. Over the past few weeks, they have compiled quality wins against Philadelphia and Seattle but backed it up with tough road losses against Buffalo and Miami.

No-one can cay Griffin is wrong, until the Cowboys show us.

Now, with just two games left in the regular season and chances at the NFC East title diminishing it's looking more like Dallas will have to go on the road in the playoffs. A golden opportunity to show these "guts" that RGII is referring to -- or to prove him right all along.
