The 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend is here and the first event was the All-Star Celebrity Game. In a game that included plenty of stars across all industries, one shone the brightest: Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys.
The star pass rusher showed his athletic versatility by demonstrating he can be as effective on the offensive side of the ball as he is defensively. Parsons dominated the game with 37 points, 16 rebounds, and four steals, winning the MVP award.

The 24-year-old All-Pro defensive end had a compilation of thunderous dunks, aggressive drives, and impressive finishes using his speed and strength. He led his team to a 100-91 win.
This shouldn't come as a surprise. Parsons was a star varsity basketball player in high school. A two-sport star at Harrisburg High School in Pennsylvania, Parsons was a dominant big man.
However, Parsons had plenty of help from Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, who had plenty of highlight plays himself.
Parsons was the leading man for Team Shannon of NFL Hall-of-Famer Shannon Sharpe against Stephen A. Smith. 50 Cent was the assistant coach for Sharpe, while Lil Wayne and Las Vegas Aces star A'ja Wilson served as assistants to Smith.
Smith's team was headlined by Houston Texans star quarterback C.J. Stroud, Kansas City Chiefs receiver Mecole Hardman Jr, and former NBA All-Star Metta Sandiford-Artest.
The NBA All-Star Weekend festivities will continue all weekend, headlined by the Steph vs. Sabrina shootout on Saturday night, and the big game on Sunday night.
