The Cowboys got off to an amazing start last week, crushing the New York Giants 40-0 in a historic win on Sunday Night Football.

Now Dallas will take aim at the other New York team in Week 2 -- the Jets. This game was shaping up to be an epic matchup before Aaron Rodgers got hurt, but now it will just be another opportunity for the Cowboys to roll. The oddsmakers see it that way, too, as we're heavily favored in Week 2.

We're expecting Dallas to dominate again this week, and here are three reasons why.

3 Reasons Cowboys Will Blow Out Jets

1. Zach Wilson is Terrible

Unfortunately for the Jets, going from Aaron Rodgers (one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history) to Zach Wilson (one of the biggest draft busts in recent memory) is a massive downgrade for them.

It's great news for us, though, because frankly, Wilson is terrible.

While Wilson held his own in relief of Rodgers in Week 1, his overall track record speaks for itself. Since debuting in 2021, he's 8-14 as a starter with a 55.6% completion rate (gross) and more interceptions (19) than touchdown passes (16).

He often makes bad reads and worse throws, like this:

Now, Wilson is going up against one of the best defenses in the NFL. We're gonna have a field day.

Wilson is a turnover machine (he also has 6 fumbles in his career), and our unit excels at forcing turnovers. Just look at Week 1, when the Giants committed three of them and got sacked seven times.

It's incredibly hard to pitch a shutout in the NFL, and it's even harder to do it two weeks in a row. But with Wilson under center, we definitely have a chance .
