Thanksgiving is almost here which means it's almost time for some Dallas Cowboys football. The Cowboys will face the Washington Commanders in their annual Thanksgiving Day game on Thursday.

With Dallas being heavily favored to win, sports bettors may want to target prop bets instead to get more bang for their buck. With the Commanders' defense ranking near the bottom of the league, several Cowboys players are positioned to go off, including Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb,

With that in mind, here are the best bets to make for Prescott and Lamb at DraftKings Sportsbook on Thursday.

Best Dak Prescott Bet: Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

After a relatively slow start in the touchdown department, Prescott has caught fire over the past month. He's notched multiple TD passes in each of his last four games, racking up 13 during that stretch.

Washington's defense is also an incredibly inviting target for Prescott given its vulnerability through the air. The Commanders have allowed a whopping 24 passing touchdowns through 11 games -- most in the NFL.

With Chase Young and Montez Sweat no longer around to provide pressure off the edge, opposing quarterbacks are able to sit back in the pocket and pick Washington's defense apart. The Commanders are such a mess that even New York Giants rookie QB Tommy DeVito was able to record 3 passing touchdowns against them last week.

If this unit can't stop DeVito, it has no chance against Prescott.

Best CeeDee Lamb Bet: Over 0.5 Touchdowns

This bet goes hand in hand with the first one. If Prescott throws a few touchdowns, there's a good chance at least one of them ends up in the hands of Lamb.

Similar to Prescott, Lamb has been unstoppable lately. The stud wideout has topped 100 receiving yards in four of his last five games. All those catches and yards have translated to plenty of scores, too, as he has 5 touchdowns during his hot streak.

With at least 1 TD in three of his last four games, look for Lamb to score again on Thursday. As mentioned, Washington has been absolutely terrible at keeping opponents out of the end zone.

With Prescott carving up the Commanders' secondary, Lamb should be able to break loose for at least 1 TD, if not more. Don't expect his minor ankle injury to slow him down much, either.
