Another Cowboys WR Fires Shot at Jerry Jones Over Sun Comments
By Cem Yolbulan
The Dallas Cowboys are in the midst of one of their worst seasons in recent years, entering the final eight games of the season with a 3-6 record. With Dak Prescott out for the rest of the year, the Cowboys' fate is sealed.
The disappointing season naturally resulted in a ton of off-field drama. The latest beef between the team and management came after the Week 10 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. After missing an obvious touchdown pass in the end zone because he couldn't see the ball due to glare, CeeDee Lamb criticized the AT&T stadium and the lack of curtains.
Obviously, Jerry Jones didn't appreciate the criticism and claimed the sun's reflection from the windows shouldn't be an issue because "everyone knows where the sun is."
The debacle about the sun still hasn't died down. In fact, WR Jalen Tolbert spoke to the media on Wednesday and took his teammate's side, per Cowboys writer Clarence Hill Jr.

Tolbert underlined the same point Lamb made earlier in the week, claiming that you see the sun more than the football.
When multiple wide receivers point to a problem on the field, the management has to listen. It is impossible to argue that the glare from the sun didn't have a major impact on the play where Lamb missed the pass. Denying the existence of a problem doesn't help anybody.
This is a perfect example of what has been ailing the Cowboys in recent years. Instead of doing everything he can to improve the product on the field, Jerry Jones is more focused on the aesthetics and the financials of the organization. Now, even his own players are calling him out on his ridiculous approach to management.
